A strategic vision focused on strengthened action and a smooth transition led in concert with outgoing Chair, Julien Baudry, to propel the organization’s impact.

Montreal, July 20, 2026 – Following its Annual General Meeting (AGM) held last June, Relations publiques sans frontières (RPSF) is beginning a new chapter in its history by announcing the official appointment of Anne-Marie Caron as Chair of its Board of Directors. Recognized for her unifying leadership, solid entrepreneurial vision, and deep commitment to sustainability, Ms. Caron brings a vision resolutely focused on strengthened action on the ground.

She succeeds Julien Baudry, EMBA, Adm.A., ARP, who ably chaired the organization from 2022 to 2026. To ensure a smooth transition and consolidate the organization’s achievements, Mr. Baudry will continue to serve on the Board of Directors as Ex-Officio Chair as part of a strategic transitional mandate.

“It is an immense privilege to take on the chairship of RPSF, an organization whose mission deeply resonates with my values,” declares Anne-Marie Caron, Chair of RPSF. “Our priority for this mandate will be to maximize action on the ground to support our international partners in facing major societal challenges. The exceptional and rigorous work accomplished by Julien Baudry over the past four years provides us with a remarkable foundation. His continued presence by our side as Ex-Officio Chair is a guarantee of stability and success for the future of RPSF.”

A Governance Transition Marked by Excellence

The handover between Anne-Marie Caron and Julien Baudry, endorsed at the recent AGM, embodies RPSF’s institutional maturity. As Vice-President, Communications and External Relations at the Montreal Port Authority, a lecturer at the Université de Montréal, and a visiting professor at Mohammed VI Polytechnic University (UM6P) in Morocco, Mr. Baudry brings a tremendous wealth of public, private, and international experience. His transitional role will allow the organization’s history to be combined with the vision of the new guard, thus ensuring absolute operational continuity for partners, donors, and mission leaders.
